Matt Bayes, MD specializes in primary care sports medicine. As a board certified, fellowship trained sports medicine physician he brings specialized training and experience to patients of all ages. His areas of expertise include all non-operative orthopedic problems, as well as acute and chronic tendon and ligament injuries and sports concussion care. He is trained in musculoskeletal ultrasound for aid in diagnosis and management, as well as ultrasound guided injections which greatly improve accuracy and decrease the pain associated with injection procedures. He takes pride in optimizing a safe and rapid return to play to keep his patients active during and after their recovery.

Dr. Bayes is pleased to partner with David Crane, MD and Kristin Oliver, MD of the Crane Clinic in Chesterfield, MO. Drs. Crane and Oliver are experienced sports medicine physicians who specialize in treatment of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. They utilize various regenerative injection techniques including stem cell and platelet rich plasma (PRP). They are considered to be world experts in the utilization of regenerative medicine and musculoskeletal ultrasound. The addition of Dr. Bayes to the Crane Clinic will give optimal care to a wide range of acute and chronic sports medicine, musculoskeletal, and concussion injuries.
