Dr. Bayes joins the Crane Clinic

Dr. Bayes is proud to join the Crane Clinic with David Crane, MD and Kristin Oliver, MD. Dr. Bayes will continue his practice of sports medicine and primary care orthopedics while learning more regenerative medicine techniques as practiced by Drs. Crane and Oliver. The Crane Clinic is located in Chesterfield, MO. Dr. Bayes can be reached at 636-449-7400. Dr. Bayes enjoyed his time at The Orthopedic Center of St. Louis and will refer surgical paients to Drs. Gross, Miller, Milne, and Paletta.

Dr. Bayes begins concussion care for CBC and Ladue high schools

I am very excited to be asked to become the concussion consultant for both CBC and Ladue high schools. These schools join De Smet and Marquette high schools as being under my care.

CBC recently completed baseline ImPACT neurocognitive testing of their entire football program. This fantastic dedication to baseline testing by CBC will pay off in their post-concussion care. It allows me another tool to care for the concussed athlete. Dr. Bayes lectures to the St. Louis Archdiocese on concussion recognition and management

Dr. Bayes recently lectured to a gathering at the St. Louis Archdiocese health and safety education summit. The summit was a collection of school administrators, nursese, coaches, and athletic directors. "My goal was to educate those present not only on the signs and symptoms of a concussion for proper recognition, but also to give them the tools that they need to properly care for a concussed individual until further medical care is received.
